The IMVU Terms of Service leaves it to the merchant's discretion as to whether refunds are given. My personal policy concerning refunds is that if there is a defect in the product, I will do whatever is necessary to make it right or refund your credits. This is assuming that there is a verifiable defect in the product that prevents you from using it for it's intended purpose.
A room that is advertised depicting it with furniture inside should of course, allow you to place furniture in it after you buy it. The Christmas Eve Cabin, as advertised, allows you to put furniture inside. This is not an opinion, it's a fact. If it weren't, you'd see more reviews like my unhappy friend's. This product is selling very well, despite all of controversy one user is trying to create here.
Since the subject of refunds has been raised, and the user who is maliciously flaming this product has blocked any private/direct correspondence from me I am left no choice but to deal with this publicly. Because I refused to give her free merchandise, she now wishes to sabotage future sales of my products.
