The ears are reptile styled that goes with what the outfit it is.
The inside of the ears are the same red that has been used throughout the rest of the outfit which makes the ears stand out easier.
Again there are the same blodges/ spots used in the same red that has been used throughout the rest of the outfit. This also ties the ears more into the rest of the fur and makes the ears look less boring because they stand out more against the body.
