Not the best of the halloween graphics/banners out there. For one thing, the quality is rather meh since it's a GIF, the orange bits need better coloring, it could use some shading, it's a bit on the cutesy side and it's rather too lage for anyone to use anywhere apart from the very top of the user look up.
