Nice details in textures. Just one thing needs to be fixed: couches in living room and vanity in bedroom are oversized, when avatar seets there her legs are hanging way to high from the floor, what looks unnatural and makes avatar look like a midget. For 399cr it is a good room tho. Upstairs pool table is perfectly sized and has very interesting posing spots, and the swimming pool is stunning. Very elegant and really huge. Good job.
