Technically, it's called the "Fuuma no Shuriken"
Which can be loosely translated into many things.Mainly, it's is called the windmill shuriken, because of it's shape and the way it moves.
Lovelovelove it, I got tired of not being able to hold one, and only having the one on your back.
Now if it only had some sweet animations.
