This room opens for me in shop and as a private room. It is fully decorated as it appears on the catalog page. If you are experiencing technical issues loading a room, you should contact IMVU via a help ticket or chat so that they can resolve this issue for you. It's a shame that you left a negative review for a technical issue that you are having with the room.
