Sorry to have to do this but I did try to write you on your hp but you only allow messages from friends so here goes....hello...writing to tell u that i love ur products and have many of them however i need to report a problem with two of them ....your single fall black and blond fall ponytails will not load on my avi..i've taken off any other avis and used the regular avi and have the same issue...your other products work fine..so would you please look into it? Thanks so much and keep up the fine work..
