I have been waiting a year for this to get fixed. A short time after I bought it VisNova broke it. I tried to contact him with no reply.
I feel cheated and want a refund.
He is getting rich by taking money for products that do not work as promised or as bought, IMVU needs to step in and take care of the it's clients since VisNova only cares about collecting credits.
